FORMLOG is a fitness tracking application operated by Nexara Holdings Inc. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Account Information
Your email address when you sign up. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text.
Profile Information
During onboarding you provide your name, birthday, biological sex, height, starting weight, and fitness goal. This personalizes your experience and is used for strength benchmarks.
Workout Data
Sessions you log including exercises, sets, reps, weights, body weight, notes, and dates. This data belongs to you.
Progress Photos
Photos you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than displaying them back to you.
Food Logs
Meal entries and macro data you log manually. Stored privately, accessible only by you.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only.
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app under Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workout logs, food logs, routines, and progress photos immediately.
You can also request deletion by emailing support@formlog.ca. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
FORMLOG is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email.
By using FORMLOG, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create in FORMLOG including workout logs, photos, food entries, or notes.
FORMLOG offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
FORMLOG is a fitness tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
FORMLOG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nexara Holdings Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
